Orange Chiffon Pie

Ingredients:
Meri biscuit ka dabbah
Butter
Orange juice
Gelatin powder
Shukkar
Fresh cream
Eggs ki sufaidi
Shakkar

Cooking Directions:


Biscuit ka chura kar lein, butter ko pighla kar is mein aik ounce shukkar mila lein, ab aik phaili hui dish le kar butter aur shukkar ke aameze ko is mein phaila dein aur ise deep freezer mein aadhe ghante ke liye rakh dein.

Juice mein 3 ounce shukkar ko hal kar ke 2 or 3 minute tak juice ko pakayein is ke baad ise chulhe se utar kar thanda hone dein, ab chothayi cup pani le kar is mein gelatin daal dein aur ise halki aanch par pakayain takeh gelatin hal ho jaye.

Fresh cream ko achi tarah phaint lein aur is ka chothayi hissah alag nikal kar sajawat ke liye rakh lein, andon ki sufaidi ko itna phaintein keh jhaag ban jaye, ab juice mein gelatin, andon ki sufaidi aur cream mila dein.

Freezer se dish nikal lein aur dish mein yeh tamam aamezah daal kar jamne ke liye rakh dein, aadhe ghante baad jab yeh aamezah bilkul jam jaye to is par fresh cream aur sangtare ki qashain sajadein.
