With the S6 now on sale, the ever-insatiable rumour mill has turned its attentions to what’s next, namely the follow-on Samsung Galaxy S7.
A handset still surrounded in more wild speculation than detailed insight, the Galaxy S7 rumours have nonetheless started to flow.
Expected to be more of an incremental update than a fully-fledged refresh, the S7 has been tipped to sport processor and camera tweaks while remaining largely true to the existing Samsung Galaxy S6 elsewhere.
As a likely rival to the upcoming iPhone 6S, the handset could surprise us with some next-gen screen technology, however. It has been suggested the device will push past the foundations laid by the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and adopt a flexible panel as standard.
Will the Galaxy S7 see Samsung finally move to a curved screen standard? Will the Korean manufacturer continue to shun Qualcomm in favour of its own Exynos chips?
